A BORDERS man who admitted communicating indecently with a female and also being in possession of an extreme pornographic image has been placed on a night-time home curfew for the next eight months.
Jayce Simpson, 28, of Jedburgh, pleaded guilty to the offences at the town’s sheriff court. The offences happened at a house in Yetholm in February last year.
Simpson sent the female Snapchat videos of an indecent nature without her consent.
He also had in his possession an extreme pornographic image depicting in an explicit way females engaging in sexual activities with dogs.
He was ordered to stay within his Hartrigge Road home between the hours of 8pm and 6am for the next eight months as an alternative to custody.
Simpson was also made subject to the sexual offenders' notification requirements for five years.
