THE Borders has recorded six cases of coronavirus over the last 24 hours, according to Scottish Government statistics.
Figures published at 2pm today (Tuesday, February 9) show the region has now recorded 2,715 cases of COVID-19 since March last year.
There are currently 17 people with coronavirus in hospital, with fewer than five in the intensive care unit (ICU).
A total of 822 people have tested positive for the virus since Friday, across Scotland.
