BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Borders man who admitted two counts of threatening or abusive behaviour.
Peter Martin, 20, who gave an address in Kelso, pleaded guilty to the offences which happened in Chirnside.
But not guilty pleas to two assault charges were accepted by the Crown.
Sentence has been deferred until May 10 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
After previously being remanded in custody, Martin was released on bail.
