A MAN is due to appear at the High Court in Glasgow charged with attempting to murder two people in the Borders.
Martyn Logan, 31, who gave an address in Selkirk, is accused of assaulting a 20-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man to their severe injury, permanent disfigurement and danger of life in the Ashkirk area in March last year.
Logan also faces charges of drug dealing, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a bladed article in a public place, theft of a motor car and driving with no insurance.
A preliminary hearing will take place on Wednesday, June 2.
