NO cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the Borders for the fourth day in a row, according to official figures.
The Scottish Government released the latest data at 2pm today (Thursday, April 22).
A total of 2,883 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the region since the start of the pandemic.
Nationally, 224,596 people have tested positive since March last year.
According to the most recent data, there are still fewer than five people in hospital in the Borders with the virus.
This has been the case every day through March and April, 2021.
