GEORGE Galloway delivered a speech in the Borders this week while on the campaign trail with his party All For Unity.

Mr Galloway visited Jedburgh yesterday (Thursday, April 29) in the lead-up to the Scottish Parliament election next week.

The former MP gave a speech in which he criticised the SNP’s plans for an independent Scotland.

Mr Galloway, who lives near Dumfries, is the lead candidate on his party’s South Scotland list.
