THE Borders recorded 29 new cases of coronavirus over the last 24 hours, Scottish Government figures show.
Published at 2pm today (July 13), the new data reveals that the Borders has now seen 4,096 cases of the virus since the start of the pandemic.
According to the figures, there are six people in hospital in the region with recently confirmed cases of COVID-19.
This follows seven people reported to be in hospital on Saturday and Sunday.
Scotland has now seen 318,566 virus cases since March last year.
