THE Borders has seen a rise in cases of coronavirus over the weekend, new data shows.
Updated figures were published by the Scottish Government at 2pm today (November 22).
And the new data shows that the region saw 140 cases over the weekend, taking the total since the start of the pandemic to 10,551.

There are currently 26 people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of COVID-19, according to the figures.
On Friday, there were 32 people in hospital.
Scotland has now recorded 706,874 cases since March last year.
