Selkirk Sheriff Court
A 51-YEAR-OLD man who admitted a domestic-related offence has been fined £400 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Patrick Turner, who gave an address in the Borders, pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour.
A £20 Victim Surcharge was added.
