A 20-YEAR-OLD who assaulted a woman in a Galashiels flat has been placed on supervision for six months at Selkirk Sheriff Court as part of a Community Pay Back order.
Amber Lauder, who gave an address in Selkirk, pleaded guilty to two assaults on the woman by pulling her hair and kicking her on the body on January 27.
She also admitted kicking a male police constable on the body after officers attended the scene.
Sheriff Peter Paterson said the Community Pay Back order was an alternative to custody.
