Nineteen-year-old Adam Kerr, who gave an address in Oban, pleaded guilty to the offences which happened in McLagan Drive, Hawick, last March.
He assaulted a woman by causing her to fall to the ground and was shouting and swearing at Hawick Police Station.
In addition to the fines he was ordered to pay £100 in compensation to two females and a £20 Victim Surcharge.
