A MAN has been issued with a fixed penalty notice following a crash on the A703 north of Peebles near to the Cringletie turn off.
The collision which involved a van and a car took place shortly before 5pm yesterday (Tuesday May 30 2023).

Thankfully no one was injured in the crash.
The road remained open but traffic was affected and police officers remained at the scene for more than two hours.

“Around 4.50pm on Tuesday, 30 May, police were called to a report of a road crash involving a van and a car on the A703, north of Peebles.
“No one received medical treatment and one man was issued with a fixed penalty notice.”
