NHS BORDERS has released a video aimed at people in the region who are currently experiencing long waits for appointments, treatment, and operations.
People are advised to avoid calling their GP as they are not in a position to provide updates or speed up the process.

Should the condition worsen then the hospital clinician should be notified by calling the number on the appointment letter.
