THIRTY-NINE-YEAR-OLD Jason Wright, formerly of Hawick and now living in Birmingham, was fined £300 with a £20 victim surcharge after pleading guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court to charges of police assault and breaching his bail conditions.
