A MAN who breached a court order by turning up at his former partner’s home which he was forbidden from entering has been fined £100 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Twenty-six-year-old Calvin Conway pleaded guilty to the offence which happened at a house in Peebles, on May 21.
Sheriff Peter Anderson said it was a blatant disregard of court rules.
A victim surcharge of £10 was also imposed.
