MIDLEM athlete Zoe Pflug has returned from international duty in Northern Ireland with a gold and silver medal.
The Edinburgh University student was competing in the Celtic Cup for Scotland Under 20s against the other home nations.
And a spirited run on the tough Belfast course saw Zoe cross the finishing line just nine seconds adrift of team-mate and gold medal winner Cera Gemmell.
And both girls returned to the podium to also collect the team gold with Jessica McLeod finishing strongly as Scotland Under 20s' third counter.
Borders athletics development officer Neil Renton told us: "It was a high class field of cross country athletes and Zoe ran really well."
