FORSYTH Nancy and family wish to convey their sincere thanks to everyone who attended the Service of Thanksgiving for Jim and also for the many cards and letters of sympathy which have given great comfort at this sad time. Very warm thanks to our minister the Rev. Malcolm Jefferson for a lovely service and to the staff at Hay Lodge Hospital, the Community Nurses and Carers for their kindness and support to Jim during his long illness. We also thank James and Peter Grandison for their caring professional services. Donations were gratefully received and the sum of £2600 has been shared between Mary's Meals and Parkinson's U.K.
