Teenager denies abusive behaviour on Tweed Green
TEENAGER Peter Morey of Dalatho Crescent, Peebles, faces a charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
The 18-year-old pleaded not guilty to repeatedly kicking and throwing glass bottles where they broke , repeatedly shouting and swearing, and throwing a park bench.
The offence is said to have taken place in Tweed Green, Peebles, on May 8.
The case was continued without plea at Selkirk Sheriff Court until December 19.
