RESIDENTS from West Linton and beyond are urged to come along some home-made baking and a blether about happiness and well being.
The Happiness Habits Café will take place at the Netherurd Village Hall in West Linton, on Friday, January 20 between 12.30pm and 2.00pm.
Folk who come along are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences of what good health and well being is.
The free event also aims to share tips, advice, ideas and help organisers develop a practical guide that can be used to improve health and well being for everyone.
Organiser Christine Ryder told the Peeblesshire News: "We'd love residents to come along for some home-made stovies and a discussion about happiness and well being.
"Our aim is to collect all of the bits of advice and create a health and well being guide. We will also have some New Age Kurling to try for those who come along."
Transport is available but will need to be booked in advance. For more information contact Ian on 07721187780.
