A 21-year-old male has appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and admitted being involved in a disturbance in Peebles.
Dell Geraghty pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner on several occasions on July 17 at his home in Kingsland Square, Peebles, by shouting and swearing, throwing items around and punching walls.
Sentence was deferred until August 27 at Selkirk Sheriff Court where he has other matters calling.
