TWO of Britain’s top impersonators are hoping to make a good impression on audiences in the Borders.
Ahead of their sell-out shows at the upcoming Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Jan Ravens and Rory Bremner are popping down to the MacArts Centre in Galashiels for two shows.
Jan has been dubbed as the Merkel to his Trump, and Rory as Boris to her Theresa.
The two impressionists will come together on one bill, featuring personalities such as Nigel Farage, Joanna Lumley, Dianne Abbott, Fiona Bruce and Jacob Rees Mogg, bringing over 30 characters for the price of two. The show aims to blend a mix of impressions and satire from the stars of Bremner, Bird and Fortune and Dead Ringers.
The pair will perform both a matinee and an evening show at 4.45pm and 7.45pm on Sunday, August 12. Tickets for the evening performance have sold out.
Tickets cost £10. To book, call the Box Office on 01896 756852 or go online to http://bit.ly/MacArts
