TWO bikes worth a combined five-figure sum have been stolen from an address in Peebles, according to police.
They were taken after entry was gained to a shed at a premises on Glen Road sometime between Thursday, December 21, and Monday, January 8, say officers.
The first e-bike is a grey Kalkhoff Entice 1.B Move international and the second is an orange Specialized S-Works Turbo Creo SL EVO.
Constable Scott Horsfall said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone who has any information or who witnessed anything that could assist us to come forward.
“I would also ask anyone who was in the area and who may have private CCTV footage or dash cam footage which could help to get in touch.”
