A BIRMINGHAM man has pleaded guilty to a dangerous driving offence in the Borders.
Shaun Duffy, 39, from Birmingham, admitted to the offence, which took place last year, at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
He was banned from the road for 60 days and fined £600.
