POLICE Officers in the Borders are appealing for information after the glass door of a shop was smashed in Peebles High Street causing several hundred pounds worth of damage.
The incident happened during the early hours of Sunday, September 11, possibly around 3am.
Constable Nicola Robb, from the Lothians & Scottish Borders Police Division, said: “We’re keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious on Peebles High Street in the early hours of Sunday.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact us on 101.”
