FORMER students from a Peeblesshire school were in Edinburgh by royal appointment earlier this month.
Annie Wright (18), Mhairi Anderson (18), James Jacek (19), Sophie Collins (19) and Eilean Dickson (18) have all left Peebles High School now but worked with Jenny Changleng during their time at the school in order to achieve their awards.
The group received their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards from HRH the Earl of Wessex at Holyrood Palace.
