Sir, Through the courtesy of your paper I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the people of Peebles for helping me to enjoy an amazing Beltane Week.
A huge thank you to my staff pupils and parents for their encouragement, support and for the good fun we had. Thank you to my family, neighbours and friends for their range of support particularly in house decorating and getting me to where I needed to be on time!
To the Beltane committee for their hospitality over the week and for giving me the honour of representing the town in this way. To my fellow principals for your great company and happy times. I enjoyed meeting my colleague Wardens and appreciated their support.
Thank you to everyone who sent me cards and good wishes, it was one of the quickest weeks of my life but one I will never forget. Thank you.
