PHILLIPS Arthur (Peebles) Peacefully at Hay Lodge Hospital on 3rd March 2019, Arthur Emrys Phillips, beloved husband of Jean, much loved father of Alasdair and Sian and a loving grandpa. Service at Borders Crematorium, Melrose on Friday 22nd March at 3pm, all friends are respectfully invited. No flowers please, but donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses and Hay Lodge Hospital comfort fund.
