MORTON Valerie Charlotte (Peebles) Peacefully after a short illness, at Borders General Hospital on Wednesday, 13th May 2020, Valerie Charlotte Weir, widow of Robert Morton, mother to Brian and Eleanor, grandmother to Beth, Bobby, Fiona, Alice and John and great-grandmother to Jack. Funeral private in keeping with the present situation. Grateful thanks to the staff of Peebles Care Home/Mansfield Care who looked after Valerie with good humour and affection. A service of celebration will be held in due course.
