CULBERT Stephen (Peebles) Peacefully at home on 28th September 2020, surrounded by his family. Stephen, beloved husband of Carol, much loved dad to Callum and Kirsty, loving son to Margaret and the late James Culbert, and a dear brother to Lesley and Julie. Due to current restrictions funeral private. No flowers please but donations to Macmillan Centre, Borders General Hospital.
