Thanks! May we take the opportunity to thank everyone for the overwhelming number of congratulatory wishes that we have received from our community on announcement of 2017 New Year’s Honour List. Personally, it was a huge surprise to receive a knighthood in the New Year’s Honours List. Throughout our lifetime I have been involved in many Peeblesshire organisations and am always amazed at the commitment and dedication that our community and people adds (on many occasions on a voluntary basis) to making both Peebles and Peeblesshire a place that we are proud to live in.
