Alleged stalker is banned from Peeblesshire village
A WEST Lothian man will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court on a stalking charge.
Martin Kane pleaded not guilty to the offence and will face trial on March 26 with an intermediate hearing on March 11.
The 51-year-old was released on bail with the special condition not to enter the Peeblesshire village of Carlops.
