Peebles man denies aggressive behaviour in Greggs
A PEEBLES man has been accused of causing a disturbance in a local baker's shop.
Joseph Ippolito, 55, of Elcho Street Brae, is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and swearing and behaving in an intimidating and aggressive manner at Greggs in High Street, Peebles, on November 9.
He pleaded not guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court to the offence and will stand trial on March 28.
