A 51-year-old man has been accused of stalking a 22-year-old hotel employee over a period of 17 months.
Martin Kane is alleged to have engaged in a course of conduct likely to cause the woman fear and alarm by repeatedly visiting her work at a Peeblesshire hotel between July 2017, and December 16, 2018, listening to her conversations and accessing her social media accounts without her consent.
Kane of Palmer Rise, Livingston, pleaded not guilty and will stand trial at Selkirk Sheriff Court on March 26.
