22-year-old accused of five counts of petrol theft in Peebles
A MOTORIST has been accused of taking petrol at a Peebles filling station and not paying for it.
Alan Watson, 22, of Woodburn Street, Dalkeith, pleaded not guilty to five offences said to have happened at the BP Filling Station in Innerleithen Road, between October and March.
A trial will take place at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
