Barony Castle is holding a car boot and craft sale in aid of Eddleston Parish Church on Sunday, August 25, starting at 10am.
As previously reported in the Peeblesshire News, the church announced earlier this year that it was facing a financial crisis. Since then the community has rallied to the cause with various fund-raising events.
The cost for Barony's car boot sale is £10 per car or table – with 100 per cent of proceeds donated to the church.
There will also be a hog roast and cream teas, 25 per cent of the proceeds of which will be donated.

All are welcome to what organisers hope will be a great family day out in aid of a worthy cause.
