A 26-year-old man accused of being found on a Peeblesshire farm in circumstances which inferred he intended to commit theft has had the case against him deserted at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
David Chant of Ravens Brae, Livingston, had denied the offence which is said to have happened at Lochard Farm, Blyth Bridge on August 20 last year.
