Innerleithen man accused of twice being unfit to drive
A 34-year-old man faces two counts of driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
Ryan Henderson of Miller Street, Innerleithen, denies the offences said to have happened on the A7 between Newtongrange and Middleton on August 20 and on the A703 between Peebles and Eddleston on July 15.
A trial will take place at Selkirk Sheriff Court on December 17 with an intermediate hearing on December 3.
