Thieves target Peebles quarry
AN appeal has been made following the theft from a works building at Edston Quary.
Thieves struck at the aggregate quarry, just off the A72, on the afternoon of Sunday, December 29.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: "A building at the quarry was broken into and property stolen."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 10 and quote incident number 0430 of January 6..
