PLANS have been unveiled to build seven houses on a disused bowling green and tennis court in Peebles.
Granton Homes, who bought Kingsmeadows House in 2014, want to develop the site of the former sporting facilities on the estate.
It is understood that neither the court or the bowling green have been used in recent decades.
The company's full planning application also includes a new access road, footpaths and landscaping.
Granton Homes purchased the historic Tweedside estate from Standard Life.
As well as refurbishing the main house, the company was awarded planning permission to build a new block of apartments nearby in 2016.
The latest planned development would see seven houses built in a courtyard design around a central garden.
Scottish Borders Council will consider the application over the coming months.
