THE Borders has recorded five cases of coronavirus over the last 24 hours, according to Scottish Government statistics.
Figures published at 2pm today (Thursday, February 11) show the region has now recorded 2,727 cases of COVID-19 since March last year.
There are currently 14 people with coronavirus in hospital, with fewer than five in the intensive care unit (ICU).
A total of 830 people have tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours across Scotland.
