A DRUG DEALER caught with £80,000 worth of heroin in the Borders has been jailed for 16 months at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
John Dickson, 35, from Coatbridge, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of the class A drug.
The court was told how police officers pulled over a van in Galashiels’ Wood Street and recovered a large quantity of heroin on January 23 last year.
The Crown accepted a not guilty plea to driving with no insurance.
