POLICE in the Borders are keen to trace a woman who was reportedly “in distress” on a major road.
The incident reportedly took place at around 12.10pm on the A7 near Heriot, according to officers.
The woman was possibly in a “dark coloured hatchback” and is described as having long dark hair.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “If you have any information relating to this or have dashcam footage, please call us on 101 - quoting incident number 1288 of 20/09/21.”
