THE Borders has recorded 47 new cases of coronavirus in a 24-hour period, latest figures show.
An update was published by the Scottish Government at 2pm today (December 2).
And the new data shows that the Borders has now seen 11,031 coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic.

Since November 1 the region has recorded a total of 1,841 cases of COVID-19.
There are 12 people in hospital in the Borders with recently confirmed cases of COVID-19, two fewer than yesterday.
Scotland has now recorded 733,329 cases since March last year.
