A PEEBLESSHIRE man made threats over Snapchat after a fall-out over a bank card.
Twenty-nine-year-old Louis Lothian, of Walkerburn, pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour during the early hours of January 15.
He confronted a man over a bank card which he had lost thinking the man had taken it.
Lothian had been in his car but when police asked him to participate in a drugs test he was uncooperative.
