A BORDERS road has reopened following a ‘building fire’, according to officials.
The incident happened on A702 at Carlops earlier today (July 4).
The road was shut in both directions with both police and fire crews attending the scene.
It was reopened at around 12.45pm, according to a Police Scotland spokesperson.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has been contacted for comment.
