PEEBLESSHIRE Junior Agricultural Club has donated £100 to three schools within the community.
Haylrude Primary and Kingsland Primary both received cheques for £100 to help with their breakfast clubs.
And Priorsford Nursery received baking equipment so that the children can develop their fine motor skills.
Emma Gray, assistant secretary of Lothian and Peebles District, said: “The Peeblesshire Junior Agricultural Club is a charity and each year we make donations to local worthwhile causes.

“Money is raised from a number of events throughout the year including stock judging, dances and a car treasure hunt.
“Last year we donated to Bonnie Peebles and we hope to do so again this year.
“But we also decide to help local schools.”
