HUGELY popular duo Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham are coming to the Volunteer Hall in Galashiels this week and some tickets are still available.

The pair have established themselves as the epitome of excellence in the world of traditional music with their incomparable mastery of fiddle and accordion.

Individually they pursue other ventures in performance, television and education, but it is when they tour together that they truly shine with over quarter of a century of well-honed skills and hilarious banter delighting audiences everywhere.

Aly and Phil have won numerous awards including the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards – BEST DUO Award and have been nominated in the Scottish Traditional Music Awards for ’Live Act of the Year.’
