A YELLOW weather warning has been issued for heavy rain affecting parts of the Borders.
The warning came into effect at noon today Monday December 4 and runs through to 9am tomorrow Tuesday December 5.
The @metoffice have issued a further YELLOW weather warning for Ice.

The MET office say that heavy rain likely to cause some flooding and disruption to travel.

Flooding of a few homes and businesses is possible.

Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer.
Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer.
