Andy Warhol’s rediscovered textiles are on display in Scotland for the first time ever. The iconic artist created and sold his textiles anonymously, leaving them in obscurity until their recent discovery by collectors and curators Richard Chamberlain and Geoff Rayner. Discover more than 60 textile works, featuring fabric lengths, garments, prints, film and photography.

Despoina Isaia and Salli Yule-Tsingas are both established artists with over 15 years of individual artistic exploration and their joint works explore a world of child-like objects and structures. Glasgow artist Rothnie’s latest exhibition focuses on portraiture. Rothnie has painted and sketched faces she was surrounded by growing up. She’s inspired by street art and the work of artists such as Jean Michael Basquiat, the colours and textures of Post-Impressionist Henri Matisse as well as traditional patterns found in traditional indigenous textiles and art from Africa, Australia and Asia.

The Dundee Tapestry

Harbour Stories

Discover a collection of personal stories that reflect on life lived around the shipyards and marine industries of Irvine and the Garnock Valley during the last century. The 15 short stories were captured as part of the Working Voices project involving locals from Irvine, Ardeer, Saltcoats, Stevenston, Ardrossan and surrounding area.
