AN INTERIM driving ban has been imposed on a motorist while background reports are prepared at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Ben Sole, 36, of Wood Street, Galashiels, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a urine sample and also failing to comply with a preliminary breath test after being suspected of being over the alcohol limit.
The offences happened in Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, and at Borders General Hospital on Boxing Day.
Sentence was deferred until February 19.
